Why have I not yet received my cashback?
Firstly, it unfortunately takes quite a while for your cashback to reach us - and therefore for your transaction to become payable (see link below) - so we are most likely still waiting to receive your cashback ourselves. We estimate when your transaction will become payable on your account overview page and also on each individual retailer page.
Once your transaction has become Payable, you need to request payout.
